We have made a few changes to improve the usability and save you time when editing time registrations.
We have changed the dropdowns and added the customer at the top so there is no doubt for which customer the registration is made. We have made it possible for you to search for your customers, projects and tasks by typing in the fields instead of having to scroll down in the list in each dropdown.
Once you start entering characters in the fields, the search is limited and you see the results right away. If you select a customer first, the project options are limited. If you first select a project, the customer is filled out automatically when you save the registration.
Week numbers visible in the timesheets and approval page
Now week numbers are visible next to the dates selected at the top.
Week numbers are enabled as default, and you can disable them via the personal settings by clicking the gears icon. Your change is saved automatically, when you remove the checkmark.
Comments for salary time postings in the salary specification section in the timesheet
We have made it possible for your employees to add comments to the salary time postings too. If you have made comments mandatory, the comment field will pop up automatically, when making the registration. Otherwise you need to click the little triangle to enter your comments, just as you know it from the time registrations.
Please note: You would need to enable Advanced salary time registration to be able to use salary specification.
