Registrations
Mileage registration with maps in our Mobile app
Expected Beta release: January, 2021
Our Mobile team works on a solution to include maps when registering mileage through our Mobile app.
We have the alpha version out now for you to test and provide feedback on. You need to enable it in the preview feature section of TimeLog. You can read more about preview features in our Help Center here.

Add PDF documents to personal expenses
Expected production release: January, 2021
In addition to pictures, we add the option to include PDF documents on expenses. This will save you for a lot of time in the administration process.
You will be able to add the receipt right away, both in PDF and as picture, and we thereby save you a step in the process.
The receipt will be visible as attachment both directly on the expense, in the expense submission report and in the data extraction report, where your bookkeeper can download the receipts for further processing, if needed.

We give our project plan in amount a brush up and include the same easy design, as you know from the project plan in hours. Your changes are saved automatically, and you get the option to update sub-tasks with changes made on main tasks.

- A heatmap of employees that creates an overview of each single employee’s workload. See who is overloaded and who needs work to do

Invoicing
One Click Invoicing
Expected production release: Q1, 2021
Reduce the time you spend on invoicing and heighten the quality of your invoices by using One Click Invoicing as a tool to manage invoices in large quantities.
One Click Invoicing groups the invoice information, time registrations, payments, expenses and employee data based on templates in TimeLog. Each template provides a different result, and you have the option to select a template for specific projects or customers.
Several customers have tested this feature before the release, and they report time savings of at least one full workday in their invoicing process.

NB: This feature is only available in the Invoicing Advanced version of TimeLog.
Together with the release of One Click Invoicing, we also change our terminology a little.
- What you know as Invoice templates today changes to Invoice designs, as it better describes the actions you take to design the look of your invoices in TimeLog
- If you already use One Click Invoicing, you see Grouping rules in the settings. This changes to Invoice templates to better match what you do
