Task-driven revenue contracts are streamlined

Based on customer feedback, we've looked into the task-driven revenue contracts and streamlined how they work. 

When you now close a task, the remaining revenue will be split among open registrations on tasks linked to the same contract.

From now on, this will be the standard behaviour in the system for task-driven revenue.
