Additional filtering options in the Submit/print personal expenses report
We have added additional filtering, so you can search for controlled or paid out items too, if it is enabled in your approval process by your system administrator:
Improvement in the project manager approval
We have added an additional checkbox to select all registrations for a specific employee or task in the detailed overview, both when you group by employee and task. You thereby save a lot of clicks when reviewing and selecting the registrations:
Additional filtering options in Project assignments report
To help you find the right data in the report and specify your search, we have added project status and task status in the filter:
Additional filtering options and columns in Weekly timesheet status report
When you are manager of other employees and need to approve their timesheets, it also makes sense that you can see the employees in the report, no matter which department they are in.
- As an approving manager, you can get an overview of the timesheet status per department or for everyone you need to approve hours for.
- If you are, lets say, CEO or COO and are responsible to oversee that your overall approval process is followed, you can get an overview of all employees in the system and see which leaders are good at following up on their teams, and which leaders you need to mentor a bit more.
It is possible to save your filters, so you do not need to set your filter manually each time you need to use the report.
Click the small arrow next to the Show button and select Save this filter. Hereafter, you will always be able to find your saved filter, if you click the small arrow.
If you have a filter, which you wish to use as default, you can set it under Page settings (click the gears icon in the top right corner), where you can select from your saved filters. If you mark Load data automatically, then the data will show in the results list right away, when you access the page. You can do this on all pages, where you see the little arrow next to the Show button:
