Search tasks and milestones in the project plan
We now give you a search field, so you can easily find a specific task or milestone in a long project plan.
You can search for a task or milestone in a collapsed task tree and get results based on your search criteria.
You find the search field above the project plan:
And when you click the icon, it expands into a search box:
The search results are limited as you type in the field. When you click a specific task in the results, you are taken to the right place in the project plan structure.
New filter on the approval page
We have added a filter to the approval page, just like you know it from most of the other pages in your TimeLog.
You have the filter, both if you approve projects and employee hours and absence. What you see in the filter is linked to your user roles.
Please note: If you have rights to approve for a different manager or project manager, you can now search for the right person in the filter too.
The information you see in the filter is linked to your user roles and your general setup of TimeLog. This is the information you might see in the filter:
- Legal entity, employees
- Department, employees
- Employee type
- Standard period
- Legal entity, projects
- Department, projects
- Project manager
- Project type
- Project category
- Standard period
- Show projects with no hours in period
- Show approved registrations
