This is the latest version with new option for rules of deleting and anonymize employee data along with updates in design
Data protection of employees
It is now possible to setup anonymization of employee data in: System administration -> General settings -> Personal data protection
Deleting contact data will remove the simple contact data of the employee. We recommend setting this to 30 days as you most likely need to contact the person in a transition period.
Anonymising employee data is recommended to 72 months so the data is there for at least five fiscal years back as documentation for salary and other fiscal reporting,
Please note: Actions can not be rolled back. Else it would not count in GDPR terms
New design in Time sheet
Two new changes to the time sheet was introduced.
- The date now has month short name which is easier to understand than the pure numbered format
- The days only has the day of month and not the month number also easier fro user to interpretate
