Better overview of salary time registrations per employee
Salary time registrations made by your employees in the timesheet are now distinguishable from automatic entries created by the system. You get the overview when you as a system administrator or salary bookkeeper look in the salary management.
Update of filter options in salary management
We have changed the dropdowns and added the employee type in the filter. We have made it possible for you to search by typing in the fields instead of having to scroll down in the list in each dropdown. Once you start entering characters in the fields, the search is limited, and you see the results right away.
The focus has been to make it easy to find the employees if you have activated the employee ID is employee module settings. This is often set as the same as the identification number in the salary system. You will now see this number in the employee drop down and you will be able to search for the number too.
The first log in of the day trickers an automatic update of flex calculations in the system. We have optimised the speed of these calculations, and you will now experience quicker load time for the first employee logging in.
