Projects: Adjustment to hourly rates selection in the resource group

We adjust the hourly rate selection list to show Mixed, when you have more contracts in the project, where the amount for the hourly rate differ from contract to contract. 

We do this, as it's not possible to add a fixed amount for the hourly rate, as it depends on the contract the tasks belongs to when the employee starts tracking time.

From now on, you should still select the name of the hourly rate for the employee, and the system adds the correct amount itself based on which contract the task is linked to.

Most users only have one contract on their projects, so you'll only see this, if you run a more detailed contract setup with differentiated hourly rates.

Remember that you only need to select an hourly rate in the resource group, if the employee shouldn't be invoiced with the standard hourly rate on the employee card, or if you want the employee's hourly rate to differ from a standard project hourly rate.
