New resource planner available for new customers
The new resource planner is coded from scratch with focus on performance and workflows. The ambition is through overviews and good workflows to remove bottlenecks and see who needs tasks in the future. It is easy to plan and man new projects without creating new bottlenecks in the organisation.
The new resource planner among other things include these two views:
- A project overview that creates an overview of project progress and shows it there are any bottleneck challenges
- A heatmap of employees that creates an overview of each single employee’s workload. See who is overloaded and who needs work to do
The heatmap changes colours in real time when you do your bookings and quickly shows the capacity for each employee within the selected period:
The new resource planner is based on Design 7 and our new and more modern filters, which gives an improved user experience. You can read how it works in our Help Center.
